I have just signed and returned the contract for a TV tie-in novel I'm going to write for a major UK publisher. The novel will be published under a house name but that's fine - it is a commission after all. I can't give too many details at the moment but watch this space for news.

Thanks Jo - I've been keeping my fingers crossed on this one for a few weeks now but it's all go. It'll slow me up on my current work in progress but it's nice not working to spec for a change.
