From all I've read (favorable and unfavorable, from top critics and Joe Citizen IMDb reviewers alike), the Coens' "Grit" truly sounds like one I'm going to enjoy hugely ... especially for the flavor of its characterizations and the period dialog.
True Grit is True Great - it really has wonderful writing (epecially dialogue), as well as epic performances, a fine score and fab scenery. One to rinse and repeat....
