Bond 23 now has an official release date of November 22 2012. The film is now in pre-production and Daniel Craig is still attached to the project and will play 007 for the third time. However many people are dubious about this and the smart money is on Craig being replaced simply because of his tight schedule. Actress Kate Winslet also told reporters over the weekend that Sam Mendes is still to direct the troubled production.
However rumours are flying thick and fast that here will be a new actor in the role of 007, but then this is normal for a James Bond movie. It does seem certain though that actor, Russel Beale is the play the major villain in the still untitled Bond 23 and that Q will appear.
