Once again the small Welsh village of Gilfach find itself the scene for a particularly brutal murder when the body of Joan Barkingsdale is found concealed in the allotments of a local radio celebrity. The police think it is an open and shut case, but Granny Smith is convinced they have the wrong man, and that there is a much more complicated murder plot to uncover.
