St. Martin's Press announced it acquired Sara Fawkes' self-published serialized erotic story Anything He Wants for a print and ebook deal.
In the wake of Fifty Shades of Grey's phenomenal journey
from self-published fan fiction to a twenty-million copy selling hit,
major publishers --and film studios--have eagerly snapped up
self-published erotica and romance hits.
Anything He Wants is an erotic thriller about a female temp
who gets caught up in a torrid romance with the male CEO and drawn into a
game of corporate espionage.
On her website, Fawkes describes herself as a "California girl" who
has "seen the world thanks to the military," a lover of hard liquor and
motorcycles and a writer of stories about "alpha men and the women they
adore."
