Price Fixing Case - date now set
The Judge in the Apple lawsuit regarding price fixing, yesterday set a date of June 13th 2013 The trail will also involve publishers Macmillan and Penguin Group who are also fighting the lawsuit. News Corp's HarperCollins Publishers, CBS Corp's
Simon & Schuster and Lagardere SCA's Hachette Book Group previously settled the
case with the U.S. Justice Department
