Liam Neeson is set to star as Lawrence Block's Matt Scudder in A Walk Among the Tombstones.
Scott Frank-scripted the adaptation of the Lawrence Block book series. and will also direct. The movie will begin production February, 2013 in New York and is the first film in a new three-year deal between Exclusive Media and Cross Creek Pictures to develop, finance and produce at least two films per year, with budgets up to $65 million.
Liam Neeson seems great casting and I know that Lawrance Block reads the Archive from time to time and I wonder what he thinks of the casting - I bet he's over the moon!
