YOGI BEAR trailer is now available! This movie is a 3-D live-action/CGI film adaptation of the iconic Hanna-Barbera cartoon series, The Yogi Bear Show. It is due for release on December 17, 2010.
Yogi Bear stars comedy veteran Dan Aykroyd as a picnic basket-loving Yogi Bear and singer/actor Justin Timberlake as his sidekick Boo-Boo Bear.
It also features Anna Faris of The House Bunny and the Scary Movie franchise and Nathan Corddry of the Showtime United States of Tara.
The other cast are Christine Taylor as the motion capture and voice for Cindy Bear, Tom Cavanagh as Ranger Smith, Anna Faris as Rachel, T.J. Miller as Ranger Jones, Andrew Daly as Mayor Brown, Nathan Corddry as Chief of Staff, Dean Knowsley as Agent Florimo and Barry Duffield as Bodyguard
The story is about Yogi Bear and Boo Boo who are facing their biggest challenge as Mayor Brown decides to shut down and to sell the land where Jellystone Park situates. Yogi and Boo Boo will be tossed out of the only home they’ve ever known. Both will join forces with their old nemesis Ranger Smith to find a way to save Jellystone Park from closing forever.
