BOND 23 HELD UP

Filming on the 23rd Bond film which was due to start this year as been put back - reasons given are the recession and wanting to make the film in 3D. Daniel Craig is still the current Bond that rumours are raging that he will be replaced - it is interesting to note that whenever Bond films have been held back in the past,the main actor had been replaced when the series returned. Dalton after Licence to Kill and Brosnan after Die Another Day.

I'm a life long Bond fan and at one time I would have been mourning this news, but in all honestly I don't care if 007 does finally drift off into the sunset. I feel that the last two Bond movies had completely lost touch with all that made the series great in the first place.
