007 BONANZA
Amazon are already taking orders for Jeffery Deaver's new James Bond book before it's even written or has a title. Currently going under the working title, Project X the book will be available in May 2011.
Not so far away is the follow up to the excellent Raymond Benson, The Union Trilogy which collected together Benson's three Bond novels set around The Union - Choice of Weapons collects together Benson's other three Bond novels - I've got this one on order myself as together with The Union Trilogy it represents all of Benson's Bond with the exception of the film novelisations. The author's Bond short stories are also collected in the two volumes.
Choice of Weapons will see print this August.
The Archive will feature an interview with Raymond as well as much more as part of the 007 Weekend coming up this July. The weekend will feature guest bloggers, interviews and coutless Bond related features - it will also kick off our complete Bond series in which every Bond novel (with the exception of the film novelisations and the tacky Young Bond books) will be reviewed, taking in Fleming, Amis, Gardner, Benson, Faulks and the series should culminate with a look at Jeffrey Deaver's new Bond next May.
James Bond will return.
