CHARLEY CHAPLIN VISITED BY TIME TRAVELLER

Now this is strange - Irish film maker George Clarke claims to have discovered a time traveller in footage shot at the Charley Chaplin premier for the movie The Circus. This all sounds strange but watch this and prepare to be puzzled.
