Pre-ordering the book is the best option as the size of the print run will be now dictated by the preorders. The book has been in the Amazon pre-order charts for over two months now and after climbing back to number one last week, is now sitting at a very respectable number four.

Non-UK readers might still like the look of the Book Depository's "free shipping worldwide" deal when buying British-published westerns. For example, I notice it has a really good deal on pre-orders for the paperback, Linford reprints of Black Horse Westerns. A Gunfight Too Many (1 June) and Misfit Lil Hides Out (1 July) are both priced at an amazing £6.74. Unfortunately, the well-reviewed Peace at Any Price (1 April) is listed as "out of stock".
