REMARKABLE new pictures showing the pretenders to Sean Connery's crown as James Bond have been revealed for t
he first time.
Life magazine has uncovered 30 never-before-seen shots from the screen tests held for the 1969 film On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
The movie - released 40 years ago this week - was the first Bond movie not to star Scots legend Connery, and the magazine's photographer Loomis Dean's candid shots from the final auditions have now been made available on the internet.
