SHERLOCK HOLMES IMMINENT
We're less than a week away from the release of the new Sherlock Holmes film- the 25th in the US and the 26'th in the UK. Scott Eyman has written an interesting article on the sleuth HERE
It will be interesting to see how this seemingly radical reinvention of the character does at the box office. The cast are top rate but it's been a long time since the director has been considered, HOT.
Ahh well, only time will tell.

I watched the preview on Internet Movie Database and was not favorably impressed. I just don't see Holmes being stupid enough to get himself handcuffed nude in a bed or involved in massive explosions.
Sir Arthur? I apologize on behalf of my generation.
And yet 'experts' say this Holmes has more in common with the original.
Yeah! Well!
If the film becomes a box office success it will do so without me.
I'll be watching it but I'm not holding out much hope - It certainly doesn't look like Holmes from the trailers I've seen but the worse thing is that GUy Ritchie can't direct traffic.
